Reports & Monitoring
The following periodic reports are to be filed regularly to this office, to know the operational status & Performance of the STP/EHTP member units.
Monthly Performance Report - to be filed online within 10 days after end of the respective month.
Quarterly Performance Reports - to be filed online within 15 days after the end of the respective Quarter.
Tentative Annual Performance Report -is required to be filed during the last week of march every year.
CA Certified Annual Performance Report is required to be filed by 30th June 2011.
Report Format: The last date for submission of online APR is 27th June 2011 (Extended to 30th June 2011)
The last date for submission of CA certified APR with all the copies of Annexure is 30th June 2011
Note: Unit having multiple licenses are required to file the above reports separately for each license under that jurisdiction.

Joint Monitoring Meet (JMM):-
As per the guidelines of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14, Appendix 14 I G of Hand book of Procedure Vol-I, the performance of the STP/EHTP units registered with STPI, are jointly reviewed and monitored by STPI and Central Excise.
